Forests need water to grow.  This results in a continuous loop of growth.  Same with your business.  To grow you must go back to Step 1 and customize your matrix to fit the new realities of your business plan.  If your business used to rely on salespeople out in the field having face to face meetings and now your orders come over your website you must adjust your matrix to reflect that new reality.
