Management Must Make Choices

Management is responsible for the choices a company makes.  Companies that get it wrong are the ones that refuse to make those choices.

You can't have it all.  

Employees also find it hard to work in a company where management refuses to make choices.  When there is no clear direction they have to pick their own direction which is most likely not the direction you, the owner/manager, had in mind.

Customer also find companies that don't make coherent choices difficult to understand.  Customers should know exactly what you stand for and why they should buy your product.
